The ecclesia family Ilorin began on July 11, 2022, under the leadership of Min Folarin Israel, who was given the mandate to preach the revelation of the unsearchable riches of Christ as revealed by the Spirit of God to the church today.
Laden with the burden of the Lord, Min Folarin Israel began holding weekly Sunday evening teaching meetings in onireke at his place of residence in Ilorin with a handful of believers coming to learn from the teachings of the Word. As the month rolled by, as instructed, he began to hold Holy Ghost meetings and by the teaching of the Word and the demonstration of the Spirit, people were edified and built up.
By September 2023, by God`s plan, Min Folarin Israel relocated to the United Kingdom leaving the mantle to fall to Min Taiwo Sijuade who carried on the assignment of teaching and preaching the word in and out of season with the unique blend of the prophetic.
In march 2024, the ekklesia family ilorin, as instructed by the lord moved from Onireke ilorin to Tanke ilorin, and we have experienced growth in leaps and bounds, in the word and the demonstration of the supernatural leading to many souls been saved and discipled.
Currently located in Liberty Multiple purpose Hall, No 1,Tanke, ajanaku, Ilorin, we hold our weekly meetings every Sunday evening at 3pm and the Holy Ghost meeting, first Sunday of the month where the word is taught and there is a strong move of the Spirit to meet needs.

On the 22nd of February, a significant milestone was recorded in the history of The Called Assembly, Ilorin, as Brother Tobiloba Adewunmi was ordained as a pastor alongside Sister Happiness Abodunde. They were entrusted with the pastoral oversight of the local assembly, taking over from Pastor Taiwo Folarin Israel, who continues to serve as the Assistant Lead Pastor of The Called Assembly globally.
This transition marked the beginning of a new season of responsibility, growth, and spiritual advancement for the ministry.
And ever since then, it has truly been from glory to glory.
The work of the ministry has continued to advance, with souls being saved, lives being transformed, and people being ministered to through the power of God. Believers have also been established in the faith through the ministry of discipleship, receiving the Word, growing in spiritual maturity, and being equipped to fulfil their purpose in Christ.
What makes this season particularly encouraging is the evidence that the work of God continues beyond the leadership of any one individual. As responsibilities are entrusted to faithful men and women, the vision of the ministry continues to move forward, and the body of Christ is strengthened.
We give God all the glory for His faithfulness, for the grace upon the new pastoral leadership, and for the lives being impacted through The Called Assembly, Ilorin.
